The Outlook add-in has two primary functionalities:
Contact Insights – Easily view the customer or vendor card directly in Outlook and create and send purchase or sales documents right from there.
Document View - When you receive an email that includes a business document number, you can directly access the document in Business Central from the email body.
As an admin, you can setup this add-in for all users in a company, or as a user, you can set this up just for you.
