Bulk Update Item Prices in Business Central

Need to update item prices in bulk, like applying a percentage increase across your inventory?  

 With the Sales Price Worksheet, you can adjust prices in just a few steps: 

1. Open Sales Price Worksheet page. 

2. Use Suggest Sales Price on Wksh. to adjust current sales prices by a percentage or copy price agreements to new customers, groups, or promotions. 

   
   

3. Use Suggest Item Price on Wksh. to change item prices by a percentage or set new prices for different currencies, units, or conditions. 

   
   

4. Fill in Sales Type, Sales Code and set your desired adjustment factors. 

5. Fill in Item Details and enable Create New Prices if you’re generating new pricing. 

6. Click OK to populate the Sales Price Worksheet. 

7. Implement suggestions using the Implement Price Changes action. 

This process ensures your item prices are always current and competitive.
